• Service availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues

Credits and Payments

Credit System

• AI image generation requires credits purchased through our Service
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Unused credits are not refundable except as required by law

Pricing

• Current pricing: $3.99 for 5 image generations
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Applicable taxes will be added at checkout

Payment Processing

System Abuse

• Reverse-engineer or extract our AI models

Misrepresentation

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Consequences of Violations

• Forfeiture of purchased credits without refund

AI Model Limitations

• AI-generated images are probabilistic and may contain artifacts or imperfections
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, quality, or accuracy
• Generated images may reflect biases present in training data
• Results may vary based on input images and selected styles

No Professional Advice

• Our Service is for creative and entertainment purposes
• Generated images should not be used for identification or verification
• We do not provide professional photography or editing services
• You should not rely on AI outputs for critical decisions

Content Moderation

• We use automated systems to detect prohibited content
• Flagged uploads may be reviewed by human moderators
• We reserve the right to refuse processing of any image
• Repeated violations will result in account termination

Data and Privacy
